Service Restrictions
All services go through Alachua County (352) 338-3233.
Materials
Garbage:
- 1 container per week
- Garbage must fit in container
- Paints and tires are not accepted
Recycling:
Plastic bottles and jars, flattened corrugated cardboard no larger than 3x3', newspaper, brown paper bags, catalogs, magazines and telephone books.
Yard Waste:
- 10 Bag or bundle limit per week
- Place in armload piles
- Small yard waste should be containerized under 40lbs. per can
- Max size 40lbs. each piece.
- Maximum size is 5ft long x 6in diameter
Holiday Schedule
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
*All holiday pick-ups will occur the following day, and regular pick-ups will run one day behind.
Service Days
Pickup days may be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. All services are preformed on the same day.
