Bart Begley - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Begley has been active in the solid waste industry for over 20 years. Mr. Begley is the President and CEO of Emerald Waste Services, LLC. Emerald Waste Services owns and operates landfills, transfer stations, and hauling companies in the southeast. Prior to Emerald Waste Services, Mr. Begley was the President and CEO of Eastern Shore Environmental, Inc. ESE owned and operated a landfill, transfer station, and several waste hauling companies in the mid-Atlantic region. Prior to ESE, Mr. Begley was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Waste Systems International, Inc. Prior to WSI, Mr. Begley managed and operated waste management operation for Waste Management, Inc., Laidlaw Waste Systems, Inc., and Prins Recycling Corporation.

Bruce Roy - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Roy is an alumnus from the University of Florida’s School of Accounting with over 20 years of business experience primarily in the solid waste and banking industries. His experience in the waste industry includes the responsibilities of Regional Controller for Allied Waste Industries, Business Analyst for Browning Ferris Industries, and various controllership positions with the Allied, BFI, and Attwoods corporations. Prior to entering the solid waste industry, Mr. Roy was the Assistant Controller for Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida.

Mark Bacon – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bacon holds a Master of Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He has been a part of the Solid Waste Industry for 19 years. He has worked with Republic Waste, Allied Waste and BFI. He has held positions of District Vice President, Division Manager, General Manager, & Regional Safety Manager. His certifications include: MOLO, Transfer Station Operator, CSP and a Class A CDL License.
Patrick O’Neil - Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. O’Neil has over 15 years experience in the solid waste industry primarily in sales and marketing. Mr. O’Neil is the Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing for EWS and joined the team in January of 2008. He started his career with American Refuse System and since then has worked for USA Waste, BFI and Waste Management. Prior to joining EWS he worked for Waste Management where he served in several roles including District Manager, Market Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Group Sales Director.

Terry Traughber - Corporate Fleet Manager
Mr. Traughber is the Corporate Fleet Manager for Emerald Waste Services with over 32 years experience in maintenance and 28 years in the solid waste industry. Mr. Traughber joined EWS in March of 2006. Terry started his waste industry career with Waste Management and has worked for Allied Waste and IESI Waste where he served as Maintenance Manager, District Maintenance Manager and Area Maintenance Manager as well as serving on Maintenance Committees where he helped develop and implement maintenance programs for the waste industry.

James Blaylock - Corporate Controller
James Blaylock is currently the EWS Corporate Controller. He has over 11 years of experience in the solid waste industry. As a graduate of McNeese State University he spent 14 years in the armored car industry in both corporate audit and as Director of Accounting Services. Mr. Blaylock joined EWS in April, 2006 after serving as a Market Area Controller for both Allied Waste Services and Waste Management.

Doyle Donegan – Corporate IT Director
Doyle Donegan has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Communications fields. Mr. Donegan served 10 years in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician where he gained experience working with large world wide computer networks, and furthered his education. Mr. Donegan has earned Engineering Certifications from IT industry leaders such as Microsoft, Novell and Cisco. Over the years he worked as an independent Network Engineer and Consultant for various companies in several industries. In 1998 he formed his own Computer Networking Company, Clarity Networks, Inc., where he was contracted primarily by School Districts to design and maintain their medium to large sized computer networks. Mr. Donegan worked as a contract consultant for EWS prior to coming on board fulltime as the IT Director.
